Very pretty desk but cheap quality. Like others mentioned, it arrived somewhat dirty. You get what you pay for. I dropped my mouse on it and the paint chipped.The desk is fine for it’s purpose. I had a handyman put it together which was over 200.00 less then using the service provided by this company! It’s not “the greatest” quality; I can see flaws on the side and the material is a little rough but it’s cheap and works out just fine in my denIt was easy to set up but it did come with little damages…..The box was damaged and so the product had slight damage alsoDesk was fine, no damages. Disappointed once I assembled, which was easy.Gave to my contractors daughter who is now putting it to good use. Found it too juvenile looking for me.This item arrived broken, not due to shipment but due to assembly and it appears a screw was screwed too tight. Unfortunately this item was packaged in a way I am unable to reuse the packaging to send it back to the seller for an exchange. It was wrapped in card board with a board frame around the desk. I am disappointed that the packaging was intact to ensure the item would not be damaged in shipment; but the manufacturer missed the quality control before it left the assembly line for shipment: I don’t think it’s the seller’s fault but it definitely was a manufacturer defect and I was not happy it arrived broken. I hope the seller reads my review and follows up with the manufacturer. I absolutely love the desk and it ended up working out nicely.Assembling the product was quite easy. Just need to put in the screws and you're done. I had more of a struggle opening the box because do the staples. But I appreciate that there's a lot of protection now. It's a beautiful desk and a good size for my bedroom. It's glossy which I really like. I had some issues with the plastic wrap while removing it because it would get stuck in the corners and sides of the tabletop. I had to use a knife to cut into the sides and corners but I managed to pull out as much as the plastic wrap which isn't too visible anymore.The desk came fairly clean and not many scratches as previous reviews indicated. I was a bit nervous to see the desk because of precious reviews but so far it's a sturdy and pretty desk.*ONE DAY update.Just discovered a major rip. I tried putting glue on it but it's still disappointing that it happened.Why on earth is this desk priced at over $100 when I would MAYBE spend $20 max. I bought the black one and as soon as I opened it, i noticed it was SUPER dirty. Didn’t mind too much cus I was gonna wipe it down anyways. The assembly took maybe 15 minutes and it was quite easy besides the fact that it came with so much packaging and styrofoam, my entire office was filled with trash in seconds. Not to mention it was stapled a million times which made the box hard to open. Anyways, I begin to wipe it down and notice literally barely anything is coming off the desk except dust and dirt. The big specks and lines turned out to be dents, holes, scratches, chips, you name it. The drawers are NOT lined correctly no matter how well you put it in. Not to mention they feel stuck so you have to PULL to get them out and PUSH to put them back. They’re sticky and bad quality. I am not happy with this purchase but the whole thing was such a pain to fricken carry up the stairs and unbox that i don’t know if I want to go through anymore agony and return it but i will wait and see. Don’t buy this.It was very easy to assemble. Looks very nice . I like the fact that it’s not too big and fits nicely in a smaller room
