I was one of Traci's many students at NPS in Monterey. She is amongst the best, if not THE BEST trainer around. She really cares about people living healthy lives that are sustainable. Before her, I had years of difficulty and pain even doing crunches, much less sit-ups, but her stretches and exercises were great in rehabilitating me to where I could live comfortably again and resume normal exercises without pain. Reading through her book, it's like a review of what I learned 1-on-1 with her in training, almost verbatim. It reads well, in plain language. If you're looking for a good fitness book with flexibility for a busy life, I'd definitely recommend this one.
