I love, love, love these lamps. I'm furnishing my new beach house and I thought these lamps would be the perfect complement to my master-bedroom. I made an oversize headboard that has a pretty busy print in the fabric. The headboard is very wide and extends beyond both sides of the bed. I needed a lamp that would be bold enough to stand up to the busy print, but not too formal for a beach house. I placed these lamps on the night tables on both sides of the bed, in front of the headboard overlap, and they look amazing. These lamps look great and are well made. Thy came packaged in thick foam in the box. The shades were set in the center, protecting them from dents. Plus, two economy saving bulbs were included, so the lamps were ready to go. I am very pleased with this purchase.
