The great:1) it's a rock-solid chunk of desk. If you're used to pressboard stuff, your mind will be blown.2) filing drawers smoothly open and close in their satisfyingly chunky way.3) I thought the included feet were weird heavy packing dice of some kind (I talked myself into thinking stores must be using 'packing dice' now), since I didn't get any hardware or a manual with the initial package. Other reviewers have knocked the feet, I do not. They look unobtrusive and fine.4) it just looks fantastic. The bad:1) The desk is a tremendous step up, I find nothing bad.The meh:1) It comes in 4 heavy packages. I'm a 61 yr old guy, reasonably fit, and I could lug them and put the whole thing together (even the desktop, although an advanced degree in leverage is required), but I was jonesing for my 31 yr-old son to be visiting at the time. Solid wood is heavy, people.2) The initial package was missing all the paperwork and all the hardware except the cable management disks. Max at Zuri was all over sending out the missing parts, which I got almost all of in a week. Go, Max! The replacement parts were missing exactly one washer, which I luckily have a million of from previous projects. Never did get any of the paperwork, but Max sent me a link to the manual in pdf. A very minor bump in the road, but I noticed other reviewers have this same problem. Fix this and I wouldn't have anything to moan about.FYIs:1) A microsoft ergonomic keyboard will just baaaarely fit in the pull-out tray, but it depresses the space bar when you tuck it back in. I'll have to figure out how to drop the tray maybe 3 mm to get it to fit well.2) I have a big full-size tower pc case that fits nicely under the desk with tons of room left over for me and my legs.tl;dr: If you find it's time to move past particle board computer desks and get something that feels like it will last longer than you will, this is a great bet.EDIT: Whatever's not made of metal is made of wood on this desk. There is no particle board, 'pressed cardboard,' or anything else that isn't metal or wood. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about.
