I really like this little phone stand! The metal feels really sturdy and it holds its position well -- it doesn't take a lot of force to adjust, but it won't collapse with just your phone or tablet sitting in it. There is a piece of rubbery plastic on the place where you rest the back of your phone, and little grippies on the "arms" to hold your phone in place. They're gray but you can't really see much of them when you actually have a phone in them. It's also a nice metallic rosy pink color, which matches the pink laptop stand I bought. I've scratched at the paint and it didn't flake off, so it definitely feels like it would hold up to a lot of use!
