Maybe I should have paid closer attention before getting this, but the clamp doesn't work with all desks. My desk has like a big X of wire to help hold it sturdy. Many of the desks that are put together yourself are the same way. This big X got in the way of this storage rack.I ended up using a self tapping metal screw to screw it to the inside of the leg supports instead. It does work out that way, but certainly not as easy as using the clamp.Other than that, this is a nice item. It comes with a lot of different accessories to clean up your wire management.
