This is a basic desk stapler, good for putting in people's cubicles who might not have a high volume of stapling to do. We like to be able to buy in the larger packs for our office so we can have spares in the supply cabinet. Also great that it comes with staples as well.I don't know how long these would hold up in a high volume mail room, we use different staplers for that, but these work pretty well for normal office use and the price is great.
