Was I expecting an out of world quality desk for this price? No. It’s not mind-blowing amazing or anything. It’s a simple flat top basic desk and serves its purpose; especially for what it costs. The frame did have multiple dents in it which affected how the pieces fit and at some points weren’t even fitting and my boyfriend had to help me bend some of the metal so the pieces would fit. Welding was sloppy and all over the place but nobody’s going to see that part of the desk so doesn’t matter. Took maybe 20-30 minutes to put together. One person could do it (and it may take longer) but it’s easier with 2 people for sure. At the end of it all though; it fit perfectly in the spot I wanted to put it and is exactly what I wanted and looks great! Simple and good what I currently need. ONE major con though… if you plan on wanting a VESA clamp mount monitor stand for your desk- you might not be able to. The edges of the desk have a triangle frame and adds a lot of width. So if you want to try to clamp something… it wouldn’t work. This was disappointing to me as I didn’t realize that when I bought it. And I really wanted to be able to mount my monitor. Oh well.For the $99 price tag, it's well worth it! It was very easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. All of the screws and the allen wrench tool was included. Took about 20 minutes once it was all unpacked to get it set up. It's perfect for an iMac (27") or any computer plus space for external hard drives and/writing area too. I would highly suggest this desk if you're looking for something that is very nice looking, very sturdy, and you have a small space. Buy it!I just put the desk together and I see a crack in the middle of the desk top. I have attached a picture with this review. Not sure if that crack will get worse over time or not.Update: I contacted the company and they shipped another desk to me in the end.Needed a desk for loft area since I am FT telework now. This was the perfect size, sturdy, and easy to assemble!!I really wanted to love this desk. The price is great for the size you get, and the gray color is really nice and would have brightened up my room. Unfortunately, mine came damaged with a hairline crack down the center of the tabletop that I didn’t notice until I had assembled the whole thing.The assembly was pretty easy, until I got to the part where you attach the desktop to the frame and none of the holes lined up correctly. It took a lot of jiggling and shifting around to get it together, and once it was all assembled, the whole thing was kind of crooked and I noticed the crack. I have some pretty expensive work equipment that belongs to the company so I didn’t want to take the risk with an unstable desk.On top of all that, the measurements aren’t right either. I meticulously compared the height of this desk to my current one to make sure it would be right (I’m very picky) and came to the conclusion that all would be well—it wasn’t. This desk is shorter than what the listing says, AND I don’t know who’s idea it was to make the support beam a triangle shaped rod, but that gives you even less leg room because it sticks out. Not comfortable at all.I gave 3 stars cause like I said, it looks nice. When I had it in my office space (aka my living room) it fit well and the color looked great. I could see this working well for a casual desk or a writing table, but for a 40 hour work week with heavy use I just wouldn’t trust it. Too bad really, I was looking forward to receiving this.Oh, and one last thing… the box it came in smelled horrendous. Not sure if it was the warehouse it came from or the delivery truck or what, but it literally stunk up my entire apartment and even the pieces of the desk had an odor from it. So that was unpleasant, and hopefully won’t happen to anyone else!Anyway, TL;DR, I returned it.Very nice desk, easy to put together, very light weight, great price.Happy with the quick delivery, reasonable price, and easy assembly, but I can’t rate it higher because there was a deep chip in the desktop.I got two of these to put into an “L” shape in my office. A lot sturdier than I anticipated. Legs are metal. Very easy to assemble, took all of 20 minutes for both. Came with all required tools, extra screws. Very sturdy, no wobble as long as it is on a flat surface. Love the simplicity!not fix enough,
