I'm not really the type of person who spends much money on non-necessities, but I recently shifted into a work from home job, and everyone I know recommended I should get some type of standing desk to keep my body in healthy postures throughout the day. Eventually I got the recommendation for this one through a family member, so I decided to order it and just see how it went. I've gotta say, I'm already glad I did. Setting the riser up was super easy - basically, you put in some screws and then you're ready to go. It has plenty of room on the top for additional monitors (I currently have one but it obviously could hold two big ones pretty comfortably), and the keyboard/mouse platform thing is pretty nice too - it just out at you, which is great for someone like me who so easily starts to hunch over unless I'm being intentional about it. It fits fine on top of the table I was using as my makeshift desk, and it feels great to have a more purpose-made piece of furniture as part of my WFH space. No real criticisms, just a note that it is fairly heavy, so it probably would make things a little easier to have another person there to help put it on top of your desk or whatever - though that said, I managed it fine as one person. But overall, super happy with it so far, and I'm glad I went for it!I am on the move often and have to set up my home office in many different locations. This sit to stand desk riser is sturdy, easy to use and adjust and very portable. It is easy to change the riser from sitting to standing and standing to sitting, which is a benefit as I like to modify my approach several times throughout the day. This item is inexpensive and offers a great value! It has helped feel better at work!I use this riser throughout the day as I like to have the choice on being able to sit and stand when I am working. Looks like it is made of quality material. Thick tabletop. Solid durable feeling metal frame.One handed, single lever spring for custom heights at any level from sit to stand. You are not limited to pre-set desk heights (click in place levels like the previous adjustable desk I had). Smoothly adjusts. Easily to adjust.Thick, secure surface protective and non-skid grip pads to keep adjustable desk in place.Requires some assembly, it took me about 20-30 mins to assemble. It was not difficult to assemble as instructed.Holds up to 28 lbs.Some considerations:“Pull out keyboard tray” is misleading. It does not pull out or push underneath the larger desktop. It does not move. It is set in place. It seems designed specially for a keyboard. It’s not very deep. My laptop does not fit on it completely, it overhangs off the edge. So if you are using a laptop on this desk w/o a keyboard, it may not be the most comfortable solution if you want your laptop fully on top of the desktop b/c you have to extend your arms to the larger desktop to use the laptop on the larger top. I can use my laptop just fine on the keyboard tray, but I wouldn’t leave it on there much unattended for fear it may fall off. It appears the larger 36” wide may have this pull out tray feature but it seems the 32” one does not.I've wanted to try one of these for a while and I think I picked a really good one here! It's super functional and well made. It's nice and heavy so you don't have to worry about it moving around. Two favorite parts, one being it comes almost completely assembled, thank you! All you need to do is add the keyboard stand that juts out from the rest of the piece. All you need is included. Second, it moves up and down so smoothly and easily! It's ready to move right out of the box. It has great height options. We just moved so I'm finally getting to use it. It's working great. I have a large TV as a monitor on top and I'm impressed with the weight it holds. Plus it has a lot of counter space, nice and large. I definitely recommend this.I have needed one of these for my home office since covid and this is perfect. It comes 90% assembled, you just have to attach the keyboard tray (which is optional). The tray does have a plastic piece in the back to keep you from pushing the keyboard off the back.It assembled really easily and works great. You hold down the lever on the right side and gently pull up or push down and the whole surface goes straight up or down (I have a different brand at work that moves up and forward which takes up more space). Its not hard to do, justake sure to go slow!It is a little shaky if you pull it all the way up to max height, but if you lower it just an inch its stable. I am 5'10" and do not need to use the max height.I did have to remove the plastic piece in the front (see pic) cause it created a bump and my laptop would not sit flat. Im not sure what it was for anyways. I struggled with fitting my monitor and docking station/laptop on top, so i had to turn my monitor vertical. I may try to get a monitor arm/riser so i can get the layout better, but this works for now. Feels so much better to stand part of the day!I sit a lot for work, so when I saw these I knew I had to have one. It is super sturdy, well made and easy to adjust. Has many heights you can adjust it to. But I like using it on my counter, adding a little height so it is right where my hands would hold up naturally and go to it. My legs no longer ache from sitting to long. I love this, highly recommend.
