First of all I challenge you to find a better price at a retail office store. Not going to happen. These are literally 1/2 the cost for the same exact thing. So I'm really not going to complain about a very slight fitment issue. These run just a little under 2" in diameter. I'd say maybe 1/16 to small. With a couple dots of super glue on the sidewalls of the insert it's perfectly snug. I was going to glue them in any so no big deal. The cap fits tightly enough. As a part of my woodworking buisness I occasionally build custom desktops for customers. On this 10 pack I can easily triple of not quadruple my money back. I do recommend a decent brand holesaw so you don't rip the upper lip of the whole and leave chipout.
