I love the hanging desk drawer. One came broken so I returned it for a replacement. I have received the replacement in good condition and it said you got the broken one back and the return was completed and closed. On July 16,22 I got an email saying you had not received the returned item and would be charging me the price of the hanging desk drawer if not gotten by August 1st, 2022. Please take care of this mistake so I do not get charged as I will be monitoring my charge card. Thank youExactly what I was looking for!The raised handles on the sides of the organizer prevents it from fitting in a 2 inch drawer. After 5 minutes and a saw I was able to trim it and get it to fit.I was concerned after reading reviews that the packaging might lead to damage in the shipping process. But since the reviewers all said that the company was quick to respond and correct the issue, I decided to take a chance. Well, mine did not receive any damage in transit. It seats perfectly into the standard filing cabinet size, and is deeper than other models, making it a better use of space. I'm still able to put things along the bottom of the drawer underneath it as well. I'm extremely happy that I can now make more use out of the extra filing drawer that was unused in my office.They made handles on the sides that are raised curves that hit the top of the drawer opening. A shallower curve would probably work while clearing the opening when closing the drawerI love this. I can keep all of my stuff organized and not loose in the bottom of the drawer. Its made well, not flimsy. I would buy again.Helps organize my pens, post-it notes, calculator and more and fits nicely. There’s still room to hang files behind the organizer if I want to
