Love the clear base for tape dispenser, but it's a little too light and moves when you pull a piece of tape. Would be better it it had a base filled with sand.Tape dispenser is pretty good quality. I think it helps to purchase a good quality tape you'll use in it, too.There was a small ugly brand logo in one of the corners I didn't care for- just took some acetone to it real quick and it came right off.Looks great with my other acrylic office supplies.Quality solid feel. I like the aesthetics of this piece a lot! It does have the Kantek logo, which is kind of a bummer, but didn't bother me too much in the end. The dispenser can move a bit, so you might need two hands sometimes. Worth it to me, though, because it looks so nice! Highly recommend.Very nice sleek clear tape dispenser for home office.I like the little rubber pegs on the bottom of both the large and smaller file holders - these stay put! I didnt think about my monitor base until I started searching for a monitor stand. I have an LG monitor and the base has this huge half circle leg? and its so wide and long, doesnt affect when I have my laptop or keyboard in front of it but when I was searching for a monitor stand a lot of them online were too small. I honestly thought I was going to need to settle and either make my own out of wood or get a black simple one online. I love anything white and acrylic especially if its minimal and this was perfect. I was afraid my monitor would be too heavy but no! The thickness of this Acrylic is really good. I can put my JBL 4, xbox control and my headset stand on there as well. Love it so much.I admit it, I wanted this because it was pretty and was less concerned about quality craftsmanship.I had my old faithful metal stapler for 30 years. It was the sort of thing you did not want to drop on your bare foot for fear of losing a toe or two. It rarely jammed, and never hiccuped. One day a family friend took notice of my "retro" stapler and shortly thereafter it was gone. I am not accusing anyone, but the cheap knock-off left in it's place was not fooling anyone!To avoid political family fall-out I had to come to terms that my decades old friend was now in the sticky hands of someone who will never be unsupervised in my home again, and I had to find a new relationship.I wanted something heavy duty as I am a craft fanatic! But I wanted something pretty because, well... ok, I just wanted something pretty.This stapler satisfied both my need for stability and pretty. At the price point I was a little worried that it might be more flimsy plastic than high-grade acrylic. I am no expert on the matter, but I will say that there is no way a toe will survive unscathed if this falls on it.Two weeks of various post-holiday projects (and likely 1,000 staples later) and this stapler is holding it's own. I may even be happy that my two-tone brown, 1980',s solid metal standby was kidnapped. :)Looks fun, and inside it's a solid, good quality stapler that it perfect for regular office use.Producto resistente y de buena calidad, se muy bien el escritorio es funcional ya que todos mis papeles se ven ordenados.Satisfecha con la compraI bought this a few days ago and I just tried to put my scotch tape which is supposed to be the right size but it wont fit... really not happy with my purchase and dont know how to get a refundother people have mentioned the indiscreet Kantek brand label and the solution to removing it, which i tried: acetone based nail polish remover i bought at the dollar store. and it works! i safely removed the brand name within seconds. it's a great staplerBetter than the standard black or wiry letter trays they have around the office. It keeps my small desk clean without adding to the visual clutter or clausterphobia of the workspace. The pointy corners are quite rounded to the touch so I would also use this for my home office as well. I just hope nobody steals it when I'm away on vacation or extended leave!
