The desk came with manufacturing errors on several pieces, one piece that was used to hold the legs was completely uncut. The other pieces had various amounts of holes missing, making it impossible to assemble the desk.I bought the desk new and it had obviously already been worked on. there were pieces already screwed in and damage to the wood from it being worked on roughly, in some places the prior applied screws had cracked the wood making the desk weak and structurally unsound. The screws they supply are weak and stripped very quickly under any resistance while being screwed in. (hand screwed by a guy of average build).The return policy was tedious, asking that i supply pallets and paperwork for the desk. I opted to throw the entire thing away as it seems as though the company doesn't do any form of quality control and also simply sends you someone else's return. Odds are they would just box up what i assembled and send it the next guy and the next guy so on and so forth.in the images you can see a part that was cut incorrectly that has 4 pieces in it from someone else's work. (those pieces don't even get inserted there, are impossible to remove and prevent a person from later assembling the desk.) you can also see the piece that was uncut.
