I was pleasantly surprised that it came fully assembled. I took a risk that it would arrive in damaged. The surface of the desk was in damaged, but the plastic piece underneath was broken. What I dislike most is that the surface of the desk is textured so much that you cannot write on a sheet of paper without an underlayment. It’s a desk, that’s what a desk is for.Item is what I need but arrived damaged and replacing/returning the item is tedious as there are no UPS within an hour from here. Only other option would be to pay for the shipping to return but of course that won't be refunded.Great productCame broken. I've tried to write a review twice that has been blocked. Just trying to share my experience. Also not the color advertiseddesk was received damaged and so was the replacement, the materials seemed to be not as sturdy as expectedWas chipped from the corner when arrivedBox was opened when received and the item was damaged.great for my room
