The Bush Furniture Cabot 60W Desk Hutch presents a home office storage solution with transitional style. Enjoy plenty of space to organize important work materials and brighten up your workspace with plants, pictures, and other decorations. The center cabinet's fluted glass door flips up to reveal a compartment that's perfect for the items you want kept in order but out of sight. Open shelves to the left and right offer an ideal place to stash a small collection of books or show off your favorite decorations. Three open cubbies at the bottom provide easy access to work-in-progress and frequently used materials. The design leaves room for monitors up to 18 inches high while a space at the bottom allows cords and cables to pass through conveniently. Choose from several traditional and contemporary finish options for an appearance that complements your own space and taste. Wall attachment hardware is included for family-friendly safety and security in any home office or living space. This computer hutch has been rigorously tested to meet or exceed ANSI/SOHO quality standards for safety and performance and is backed by the Bush Furniture 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. See the full Cabot Collection for coordinating items to complete your transitional workspace, including desks, chairs, file cabinets, bookcases, and more (sold separately).

I've been shopping for something exactly like this for a couple of months and I'm glad I found this. It's made with inexpensive materials (particle board and very thin wood grain veneer) but it does exactly what I want it to do, and the price ($160 with free shipping) was more than fair. Appearance-wise, it's plain but handsome, stable and strong, and it fits perfectly on a desk I already had. I do want to caution - no, WARN - potential buyers that the directions for assembling this unit are the worst I've ever seen. I've put together several pieces of furniture of this type, including Sauder brand. I can say with all honesty that if I hadn't brought that experience to this project, I never would have been able to figure it out. There are no written instructions, only a single drawing for each step of assembly, and those are small and lack detail, so you're left to figure out a lot of the connector steps yourself. The boards are all numbered and those correspond well with the drawings, but the screws and patented connector pieces are not always intuitive, and the drawings are of very little help. All of that being said, since I was able to figure it out based on my earlier experience, I was able to put the unit together completely by myself in about 90 minutes. If you can put it together, you'll love it. P.S. the one dimension that doesn't show on the schematic image is the space from the bottom of the lowest shelf to the desktop, where you would fit a monitor. It's exactly 17-3/4" so if your monitor is any taller than that, you'd have to raise the hutch with blocks.
