This is pretty teeny-tiny, but that's exactly what I needed. So cute! Perfect size to sit on my bathroon counter and the color was just as shown (the deep greenish teal for me). It came with a few plastic bags in the container size, with an option to buy more. As other reviews have mentioned, the lid does NOT swing back in place by itself but I have no problem with that. That being said, because the container is so small and the lid only opens halfway manually, this is better suited for something like tissues, NOT so much for a dirty diaper (would never fit) or anything else ooey-gooey. The lid lifts off for emptying. I actually liked this little thing so much I bought a second one in white to sit on my dryer for the used static sheets & lint. They are made of plastic with more of a matt finish than shiny. I don't feel like they are going to immediately crack or fall apart. Perfect! So happy with them.
