Flash Furniture Brettford Modern Office Desk with Tempered Glass Top - Perfect for Home Office, Study Room & Workspace

I now have 2 of these in a home office because I love the first one, and also so that everything looks cohesive. The functionality is great. I love the glass top with storage underneath. Fairly easy to put together. As said in other reviews, the glass is tricky.GLASS: screw the appropriate screws into the 4 corners of the glass, then flip over and carefully align into holes on top of desk. Then use round locking mechanisms (pointy part of "+" starts in up position) then lock by turning right.Came with some minor dents in one of the legs, but I don't care, no one will see them.Love the modern style of the desk, and its versatility with a glass work surface above your keyboard/mouse. It's definitely built solid, but the glass top gets dirty/dusty way too easily. Even a drop of water will stay and leave a mark that has to be Windex-ed out. Aside from having to spray and clean the glass top once or twice a week, it's a marvelous desk!Excuse the mess lol. setting up my mini salon. But I was hesitant to get this table because of the reviews, but when I open the box everything was perfect! No scratches no dents NOTHING. I have no negative thoughts it’s a big table with plenty space and it doesn’t wobble. I’m happy 100%! If your looking...buy it.The only reason I gave 4 stars is because two of the legs had small dents in them. The packaging was very secure so it's quite obvious that the dents were there prior to packaging. It's very sturdy and the glass is thick enough where there should be no worries of it breaking.Leg dented. Table top corner damaged. And the glass top was completely shattered into hundreds of pieces. Since the outer shipping box was in great shape, I discovered all the damage AFTER driving it across town and moving it up a flight of stairs to my office. Only to get to repack everything, tape it back up, move it back down the flight of stairs, load it back into my car and drive it back home so UPS can pick it up in order to get a replacement. Massive 2 hour waste of time, which is sad since the desk itself appears to be really nice for the price.Looks and feels like a $250-$350 desk. Really happy with my purchase! Such a good buy for really good quality. I was a little surprised mine didn’t come damaged tho, the packaging wasn’t all that passed and the glass is big and heavy! But I got lucky!The manual is pretty vague. Only pictures. No words. "Measure twice, cut once" is the philosophy you would like to follow.As for the table, just like the picture goes. Pretty firm. Not the best quality, but worth the money. Shouldn't disappoint.After reading as many reviews I could find I decided to order this desk. My previous desk took up and entire wall in my room and I needed to downsize. Package arrived and with all the abuse the package took everything was perfect. Assembly was easy, all the hardware packages are numbered and can be easy identified while reading the one page assembly instructions. This desk is exactly what I wanted and looks great.I've searched long and hard for a sturdy, glass-top table to use for my makeup vanity. This was the only one that resembled what I wanted and could ship to Canada, so I bought it. It's a really big table (probably bigger than I need). Personally, I think it's WAY too expensive for what it is - and upon arrival I noticed some dents in the leg poles. Nothing major that made me want to send it back, but still frustrating considering what I paid for it. The assembly instructions were absolutely AWFUL - probably one of the worst set of assembly instructions I've ever seen. Now that it's all set up, I like it... but I don't think I'd recommend to someone else.The look is great but the wood is sort of a defect with many marks on it. The glass is difficult to fit the hitch. Otherwise I really love the look
