It works. Holds small charge and able to use fan on battery for a short time on medium speed. Not more than 8 minutes so far. Going to try charging the battery with more sun for longer. Good in a pinch.Works great, lasts for a round of golf, and I only wish it were a little stronger.Charges fast by usb and solar under full sun.I use it while biking in summer and it keeps me from sweating.I expected a solar power fan. I was wrong. It worked with a battery charged by solar... only worked for 5-7 minutes after switching on. The worse part came yesterday July 16 when it stopped working. It lasted for a month and a couple of days =( a waste of money... not cheap and not return option either.
