I love how this chair looks, but it falls short in a few picky areas. First, it started squeaking really bad for me maybe after a week of use. Any time I lean back, it gives a loud squeak. Nothing a little grease couldn't help, but extra maintenance that I haven't had the time for. Second pain point is the lever to raise and lower the seat. Because of the placement of the arms, it is really hard to grab the lever, specifically when you are trying to raise the seat. My arm always gets pinched between the arm and the back of the seat; I wish that gap was wider. Id be nice if I could adjust the arms separately as well to be a higher or lower height.I just put this chair together this morning and I am obsessed! I waited over a year to buy a new office chair and I shouldn't have. I really hope this chair holds up and will definitely update the review if it doesn't. (I'm good about that.) This chair leans back just right when I press back and I can rest my head too. I got rid of the pillow I was using as lumbar support in the previous chair. I wouldn't say this chair gives a great deal of lumbar support but it is enough for me. I am 5'2'', 130lbs. My husband is 6'3'' 180lbs and upon sitting in it and leaning back asked when we can get one for him. I had no idea this handsome comfortable chair was the final piece I needed for content productivity. I thought I had all the senses covered. The chair is not only beautiful but it is soft and comfortable to the touch as well. I was looking at leather chairs before and reclining gaming chairs with foot rests. I am sooo glad I got this one instead! I do have a bar under my desk that I use to prop my feet up and highly recommend some kind of foot rest. I also opted to not put the arm rests on and love the look. Can't say enough good things about this chair. Buy it with confidence.Absolutely love this chair. I had purchased a "cute" chair early in the pandemic, and that was leading to so much back pain I could hardly stand to sit at my desk for more than 5 hours. This provides plenty of support while still looking attractive (via both zoom and in person) and I'm no longer uncomfortable when I finally get up from a 10 hour day in front of the computer.I have been using this chair daily for about a year now. It has been a great purchase besides the armrests. It might be common in most chairs with daily use, so it might be a minor complaint. However, if it's not common, the armrests of this chair wore out quickly and now there is little padding where my elbows sit. It might be just because I use the chair daily, so don't let this review be your determining factor. It looks great in the room!Perfect chair for our home office. I’m 6,4” and the back support hits me a little low on the back but in reclining position it’s fineThe chair base arrived with rust, I've opened a request and in a few days, a brand new base arrived at my doorstep. An A+ for customer support. But today, after 3 months of the usage here it is. The chair is comfortable to sit, but as the height of the back rest cannot be adjusted, the lumbar support is not in the right position for someone with 6'2". It's a bit noisy sometimes, but which not ultra premium chair isn't it? The worse part for me is the armrest. I can now feel the screws under the padding and it hurts the arm/elbow. This part can be drastically improved.Beautiful! Bought two for our shared home office. I’m 5’2 and husband is 5’11 and we both find them very comfy. Supports lower back and I’m short enough to use head rest. Easy assembly. Material is beautiful, I’m hoping it holds up and does not crack.I love this chair. It's super comfortable and my posture is so much better in it. It was worth the investment and it looks so nice and expensive. It wasn't too hard to put together either.
