Cortelco 250044-VBA-20M Volume Control Desk Telephone with 20ft Cord - Ideal for Office, Home, and Business Use

The 250044-VBA-20M Desk w/ Volume... disappointed me. The phone actually works well and is exactly as represented except for the ringer which sucks. You can hardly hear it. I took the phone apart and managed to get a decent volume from the ringer, not exactly knowing what I was doing. In general the other phone qualities made the effort worth it.
