This chair is the best bang for the buck in ergonomic office chairs. Pretty much anything cheaper than this is junk, unfortunately. While it doesn't offer the durability or adjustments options of an Aeron, this is the best mesh back chair I have found in this price range that deserves to be called a "budget Aeron." The back and bottom are sturdy and supportive, and the chair itself has a good weight to it. My lumbar spine in particular feels well-supported, without excessive pressure. I usually keep the recline unlocked, but the position when it is locked is ideal for proper posture. Don't expect this to be an $800-1000 chair and you should be quite pleased!
