I think I have found my goldilocks desk. Not too big, not too small. Not too short, and not too tall.At the office I have an adjustable height surface with articulating monitor arms. I do not have the space for a similar set up for teleworking, but this desk does the trick. The surface lowers to the point that I need to not cause shoulder issues. The shelf is deep enough to hold the stands for my laptop and portable monitor and have them at the right height. The surface is a good size for the ergonomic keyboard and mouse with some room around it for my notebook and other items. The assembly instructions are clear. I put it together with my 7 year old daughter. The box comes with the tools you need, including a pretty nice screwdriver, and a mouse pad. The only complaint so far is the screws for the bottom shelf weren't lined up great on one side so I wasn't able to get one of the screws in. I had to resort to a washer to fill the gap. Also when tightening the screws for the shelf, don't tight super tight or you will start to break through the laminate. I noticed this and eased up, and it's fine. All in all, a good purchase! I'll try to post an update in a few months.Wobbly. Ordered a second one to see if my first desk was defective and I had the same issue. Customer service said ups would pick up the desk and I tried setting up a pickup twice and both times they never came or contacted me. Will not buy large furniture again because it’s not convenient driving with large packages to a ups location when you live downtown in a major cityTo start with the items came is a box that was turned tape all over. When I opened the box screws were missing, edge of table top was cracked when I was assembling the pieces I got a splinter in my finger. I had to substitute some of the screws with the few I had in my tool box. Once more, it was a defected merchandise sold to me.Exactly what I wanted and needed for my home office! Was a little hesitant, because of the few reviews, but so happy I went for it!Very sturdy, no scratches, all hardware supplied, good instructions, even 2 extra screws. A mouse pad was a nice surprise. Very easy assembly. That the height is adjustable and it has wheels is awesome. One issue I had, and I noted on attached pictures, to save you the trouble-when you come to step 5, do not tighten P3 all the way yet. Put in the screws, but leave them loose.- then, screw in P6, bottom board and tighten it- then go back to tighten the screws for P3.Reason being, if you tighten P3 all the way first, P6 will not align with the screw holes, you need a bit wiggle room, by leaving the screws for P3 loose.I also needed to use my impact driver to get the screws all the way down in the P6 board.I needed a small desk and I wanted a raised area for my monitor so I'm very happy; however, it doesn't really function as a sit/stand desk unless you have someone to help you raise/lower it. The knobs that have to be loosened to raise/lower it are on the legs which are recessed back quite a ways from the front of the desk. Once the knobs are loosened the desktop immediately drops if there is even a little bit of weight on the desktop. It then requires 2 people to raise it up.Not a bad desk, I purchased this to work from home and be able to adjust to the sitting and standing positions. You definitely need some way to prop the desk up if you would like to adjust the height or you would need two people. I ended up adding some linear actuators and motorizing the up and down movement with a double pole double throw switch, which cost me about another 80 bucks total but you have to have some know how regarding electronics and putting things together like that. The desk was as described I put it together over lunch. This desk is great if you don't use it for switching to standing and sitting often. It's hard to unscrew and raise or lower once you have stuff on it. The top shelf and middle shelf are sturdy, but I would not recommend putting your tower on the bottom shelf. I tried it and it bowed terribly.Overall this desk gave me more space and looks very nice in my room.Overall really like this desk and the option to adjust the height. Automatic would be easier but it’s not hard to do. The main issue I have is that it shakes when on Zoom calls. Overall it’s working great!
