The instructions could have been better. The chair is ok comparing to others on Amazon.Used item, broken parts scratches, wear and tear marksWe have all beaten our office chairs down during the Pandemic. This chair was replacing a $200 chair from Staples circa 2012. That said, this chair is exactly what you would get for the money. Its not a bad chair at all. No Instructions but if you are savy you will figure it out. Some of the bolt threads and mounting threads will have plastic in them (I used a razor knife to scratch them out) and the welds on the base have very little.."appeal" to them. Quality control took the day off, and the arm rests are about 2 inches too low. At any rate, it's under $100 and if it lasts a year or two. Giddy up.
