[UPDATE] I reached out to customer service and they quickly responded and are sending me a brand new chair. I wasn't expecting anyone to even care or reach out so this was a pleasant surprise. Excited to try the new one![PREVIOUS REVIEW] I've had this chair for less than a month and it was perfect, but the back rest fabric is starting to rip out so I'm afraid to lean into the back of the chair like I usually do while I work. Can you send a replacement backing or refund or something? I have been so gentle with this chair so I'm shocked it's already breaking!Very comfortable. Great back support. I would recommend this chair. Love it also the arms go up so it fits under the desk better.Chair was good and does the job.I bought this chair to replace another that fell apart. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find how well everything was packed. All parts arrived without any damage and I put it together in about 25 minutes without using the included instructions. This chair is well built! the material is soft and easily cleanable. The padding in the seat is awesome! The recline feature is great and has a good spring that will return it to upright without having to pull on the seat back. This is one of the most comfortable chairs that I have ever owned and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good comfortable well built chair. I am working from home now so this is my office chair. Thank you Wolf Warriors for building a great affordable product!not super cushy but easy to assemble
