the first unit arrived with no power cord. the actual power cord is very difficult to find online to order. I ended up purchasing a POE injector to power it. once I managed to get the unit powered up it had lines in the screen ( I'm guessing they have zero quality control). I get in this morning and the unit is stuck in a boot loop. these units have zero ability to hard reset them unless you can access the web GUI or the phone menu. considering it's in a boot loop I cannot do either. this is what I would consider BRICKED. oh and when it does work its very slow to respond the interface is clunky almost like on of those tablets you get for 29 bucks.
