This lamp was exactly what I was looking for at a good price. When I received the first one, it showed a steady blue light after charging overnight and wouldn't turn on. I initiated a return and dropped it at UPS, then ordered another (I liked the black better than the gray anyway). The next morning I had an email from their CS dept apologizing for the issue, offering to send me a replacement free of charge and asking me to please send the first one back to their warehouse in L.A. v. returning to Amazon because they didn't want another customer to receive it accidentally. I told them that I'd already returned it to UPS and that I'd already purchased a new one. Again there was an email the next morning saying ok, thanks, no problem and we've credited your Amazon acct for the 2nd one. In a world full of disappointing CS experiences, these guys made my day!
