I've been through the desk pad cycle several times in the last few years. It is very difficult to find one that is actually clear, heavy weight, won't curl or warp, etc. etc. etc. After spending time looking at everything there is to offer on Amazon, I selected this product. I actually purchased two of them ... and now I am glad I did and did not wait and test one first.I have say.. this product DID NOT DISAPPOINT. On the contrary... this desk pad is awesome. It is easy to keep clean (it has a nice non porous clear finish to it. It does not in any way misbehave once you decide where you want it placed. I'm sure I could get it to slide around if I tried.. but why exactly would I do that? The test is will it stay in place with normal work surface use, will it wear well, and is it easy to keep clean. YES to all of this.The pad comes packed flat in a large flat shipping quality cardboard package. So no worries about receiving something rolled up in a roll that you have to park a truck on to flatten it out.
